I went with my dad to his pre-op appointment and everything went pretty smoothly. The office was organized and we didn’t feel rushed or confused at any point. Gio was great — very friendly and patient, and clearly experienced with what he was doing. It definitely helped keep things calm. Sylvie at the front desk was also really helpful and took the time to answer our questions and explain what we needed to do next before we left. Overall, it was a solid, stress-free visit
We came in for a pre-op checkup that included a blood draw and an EKG, and the whole experience was smooth and well-organized. A special shout-out to Gio, who was incredibly friendly and patient. I’m very nervous about needles, but Gio did an amazing job drawing blood—quick, gentle, and completely painless. He really helped put me at ease. Overall, a great experience with a professional and caring staff. Highly recommend this office.
