Was more a foot rub than actual reflexology- which requires a deep understanding of the foot and the various parts of the body connected to the feet. Three stars because we called ahead to confirm two of us could come at a specific time. We arrived, they started one of us while the other sat with his feet in water for 30 minutes awkwardly. Staff wasn’t apologetic at all and just blamed it on traffic.

The massage was good, not the best I've had but good. Lots of space and options. The only gripe I had is that we asked for 50 minutes foot and 50 minutes body (#6), but only got about 80 mins total (#5) and then was still charged for the 100 mins. There were 3 of us so that was a whole 60 minutes missing. We mentioned it to the front desk but they just ignored us.

$55 for a 60-minute full body massage is a great price. The masseus, Andy, did a great job. Would definitely come back with him. The front desk does have a note recommending at least a $10 tip.
