I had an issue with a wallet I purchased 2 years ago had the stitching come out. I tried to get it repaired here, but it came back as unrepairable, so they stepped up big time and offered a current brand new replacement. Major thanks to Carolina and Lovely for helping me out. Thank you for standing by your work and taking care of your customers!
Finally it was the only store in the US who has the last collection 2054. Greatly appreciate the staff.
The sales associates were friendly and attentive. The pulled a few bags for me to try and went over the details of each one. I didn't end up getting anything this visit but appreciated their helpfulness.
