It’s sad to say that I won’t be returning to this place. I recently moved to the neighborhood and had hoped this would become my go-to shoe repair shop. However, I was charged $80 to change my soles, and the job was incredibly poor and shoddy. To make matters worse, it took him an entire week to complete the repair. I’m so frustrated. I’d rather drive a longer distance to go to a different shoe repair shop. Never going back.

I took some shoes for simple repairs and cleaning. They day I went to get them they couldn’t find them. I went back a couple of days later only to discover they ruined 2 of the shoe pairs. I could’ve done a better job myself. One pair of boots to clean were completely discolored. Another leather shoe had a small tear, and somehow it looks worse now. Their communication isn’t great, and apparently they’re OK with shoddy work. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Amazing !!!! The strap on my favorite Donna Karan purse. Added a beautiful leather strap!! Looks amazing! It was completely frayed and broken before. I always come here they do a great job.

Incredible repair work every time. I’ve brought in vintage bags, riding boots, dozens of shoes, vintage belts for resoling or repairs, and the repairs are always quick, detailed, and look wonderful. I’ve had the lives of so many family / vintage pieces extended because of their work.

I bring all of my boots, shoes, and even sneakers here for cleaning, repair, and polishing. Great family owned and run business. Very affordable and do great work!

Nothing compares to a neighborhood cobbler. It's the most forgotten about craft in my opinion. I've been bringing my new and thrifted shoes to them for years and I'm always happy to see them revived. Exceptional work! From squeaky heels to scuffed toes, they can tackle it all.
