I rarely leave reviews on websites, but I am such a big fan of Los Feliz lock and key. The few times I’ve used them, they’ve just been excellent, incredibly thorough and great to work with. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had a key start to tear for my round master lock pad locks. I couldn't find my spare. He was able to make copies even though the key was half broken. It was so easy to get new keys made and tested and even got some lock lube. Great price and service was free. Thank you so much!

The truth is, I called them because they are the best. It took them three hours just to get a key out of my car. Apart from that, they ruined my car door and no one wants to take care of this. What a bad service. The truth is, I don't recommend it. ??

Came in for a replacement lock cylinder and the gentlemen behind the counter informed that wasn’t needed and instead quickly rekeyed and fixed the existing cylinder. Shows me two things, honest and competency. Two things we all need more of.

Called ahead to see if they could make my new house key before they closed. Super friendly staff. And CHEAP! Don’t go to the key making machines or the big box stores - come here and support a small business that’s better than the rest. I was happy they had a hello Kitty choice bc that’s exactly what I had to get myself :)
