We had a broken toilet seat and placed a request to have it replaced. Within a few day, they were there to fix the issue. We were not inconvenienced much. Thank you for the quick response.An Update: once again this property management company has come through. I have managed property before and this company has been on top of any issues that have come up. Prompt, courteous and totally professional. Maria, our manager is the best. She keeps this building clean and the workers are top notch. This is how people should be able to live. Thanks.
I requested service needed with my heating unit and within 24 hours LAPMG sent a vendor out and the problem was resolved so quickly I was amazed. LAPMG maintenance department provides all around quality services from technicians to resolving the issues with follow up. My experiences have always been with excellent satisfaction every time.
