My Wife and I moved from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When we applied to KIG Capital, they were so professional, and courteous. The process was simple, yet through; and when we moved in, the condo was clean, filled with top-notch appliances. We knew we came t the right listing. We felt very safe and happy in the three+ years living there.Their maintenance support is as professional as one would like, and Mr. Karpel, the owner, is a great property manager, one that most renters would pay extra for! Zac was a great property manager for the 7 years I resided there very prompt responses from Oscar at the office if anything needed fixed.
