This is where the magic happens!
I can't express enough gratitude for this doctor!! He has changed my life in so many ways! He has taught me so much about physiology, exercise, longevity, rehabilitation. When you work with Dr Liebenson your perception of exercise is shifted. I often wonder how I trained with so many trainers over my lifetime and didn't have the benefit of this education. I am addicted. His entire team is brilliant. I can only wish that everyone has a chance to work with him. Watch his Instagram you will be inspired!!!
Craig Liebenson is the best in his field. A trendsetter and expert. Do not go see him if what you want is conventional wisdom or a passive/miracle cure or magical cure-all pill. And by the way, the conventional wisdom and magic cure-alls dont work anyway. But if you want to really be cured of back issues and the like, and are willing to work at it, then this is THE best place to be. Craig trains the trainers all over the world. We are fortunate to have him here in LA.
