Johnny and Anna were absolutely wonderful! Johnny was our main associate and spent a lot of time with us. He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout our entire appointment. My husband has a more complicated prescription, particularly in one eye, so finding the right frames and making sure everything would work properly took some extra time and attention. Johnny really took the time to work through everything with us and helped my husband find the best options.
Anna also helped us at one point, and we really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to jump in. They worked so well together to make sure everything was just right.

My boyfriend and I are shocked at how nice of an experience that was with Johnny the sales associate. He actually made it an enjoyable experience. I never get to the point where I ask a sales associate for their business card, but I did because I can’t see myself going in there and not having him assist us. So grateful. They also were able to fix my boyfriend‘s glasses that he did not buy there and they just had all the parts.
I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters in Westfield Century City, thanks to Leo Apilado. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all of my options clearly, answered every question, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and stress-free.
