Most amazing lens crafters I've ever been to! Great top end selection of frames. Ask for Leo, he helped me with a frame with a missing screw. Took less than 30 seconds - A+ 5 stars
Came to LensCrafters in the Century City mall with a few sunglasses that needed repairs like a loose screw and nose pad replacement and the staff here was incredibly accommodating. Paula helped me with my repairs at no cost!! Would highly recommend!
I visited this store hoping to find a good pair of frames, since I wasn’t able to find anything I liked at the location near my home. The Westfield store has a much better selection, and the customer service is excellent. Jesus greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. After I explained what I was looking for, he took the time to help me find the right style and color.
It took me a while to decide, but he was patient and thoughtful throughout the process. I kept going back and forth between the caramel tortoise and the root tortoise, and with Jesus’s help, I was finally able to choose the pair that suited me best.
