Let me start by saying that I had about 4 companies come over and give me quotes. Terry showed up and was different. He was honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am in an HOA condo and believe me, dealing with HOA is a pain. He simplified the entire process for me and saved me time and money. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, expertise, patience, and quality of work. I would recommend him to any family or friend. I was stressed out to learn that I needed to replace my AC as it can be expensive. Terry worked with me on the best solution and was honest. He has several decades of experience and goes about business the right way.
We have been using Lenco for about 30 years. They are very professional, trustworthy and knowledgable. I wish all workers were like this. Nice people to talk with too. Five stars from me.
I had Lenco install three ductless mini split units in my Santa Monica condo. Terry the owner and Mike the installer were great to work with! They are a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer (very knowledgeable and boosts the warranty a little bit I believe). They helped me locate a heat pump that fit the qualifications for a rebate from the city and worked around a chaotic schedule of mine when the installation had to be pushed back due to rainy weather. They also referred me to an electrician to help with the work needed to accommodate the extra electrical load. I was very happy with the electrician's work as well.
