The best place with experts. Parking is a hassle but that doesn't reflect on the quality of this place. Been coming here my entire life and always get complimented on my cuts. And for 10 dollars you cannot beat this!

I've been going to this place for years, and the staff here have always been very diligent and focused on their work. It's also pretty affordable.- staff mostly speak Spanish- no public restrooms- very clean areas- $10 haircuts

I have been going to this same hair salon since I was 15 years old ... that's 25 years ago!!! I have literally grown old with this place, haha. And they have basically been charging the same amount for a regular haircut since then. As any other salon, you probably need to find which stylist you feel the most comfortable with and who leaves you the happiest in term of your hair needs. Once you find that, I'm sure you won't want to go elsewhere. Parking around that block might be a pain, but just go one block over past Normandie and there is plenty of street parking. I love this place and I have built a great friendship with my stylist over the years. Everybody there is very nice. Do keep in mind though, that they most speak Spanish. So, don't confuse the language barrier for any rudeness ... all the ladies there are super nice and sweet.
