This place is hands down the best place for BJJ practitioner to get better at throws and takedowns in Los Angeles. This is an excellent training environment for those new and experienced in judo.

The instructors are thorough in their workout lineup and they help everybody who has a question. I visited here prior to the USA National competition and was welcomed with warm smiles and positive attitudes.

When I come back to the area, I will be back again to train with this crew.
