I haven't been to this location, but I purchased from EUROPTICS in San diego. I damaged my frames and needed them repaired, but instead of sending the front frame. They sent an entire new pair of glasses at no extra cost. Their glasses are of upmost quality.

After 7+ years of getting basic eye exams annually in Japan at LensCrafters type places (for prescription / not full proper exam), I noticed some nighttime driving issues and decided to get my eyes really checked. My current pair is 2 years old so it was time! I chose LA Eyeworks bc I got some really fab frames at their Big Sale, so figured I would get both exam and lenses taken care of here. Optometrist Natalie is incredible!!!!!!! The exam took around 45 min and she was extremely thorough. The equipment is top of the line and office was comfortable and clean. Gai, Brent, Ori, and the team I’ve met are wonderful. I always visit the Big Sale every year and recently purchased one of the newest releases. Ori allowed me to pay over the phone and accommodated me driving over after work around their closing time. Thanks for always being wonderful. Love Ya’s
