I had the same, chronic ache in my left shoulder blade/scapula area for over two years. I spoke with my doctor abut it, I tried massages and physical therapy, stretching and stretch bands, none of it worked. It's one of those things that I figured I'd just have to live with. Trying to ignore something that you're always feeling, however, is just.plain.awful. My neighbor suggested Kristin Ebbert. I had a wonderful treatment with Kristin following a bad car accident. The cupping + acupuncture helped with both physical soreness and lingering trauma. She also gave a very thorough and helpful consultation. I felt an improvement in mood, energy and physical body for weeks afterwards :)
I have been seeing Kristin for a number of years. She has helped immensely with lower back, shoulder, and hip issues from years of athletics. A year ago I had major neck surgery (C6 and C7 disc replacement), and Kristin worked on pain management pre and post-surgery. Now she and I are on a general wellness and tuneup cycle. I highly recommend Kristin for any acupuncture and Chinese medicine needs.
