I had a wonderful experience at Kim’s Cleaners! I brought in a brand-new jacket that had a very strong, lingering smell. I mentioned my concern to the lady at the counter, and even though they are clearly very busy, she truly listened.
When I picked it up a week later, she remembered me and my specific request immediately, telling me she really hoped she was able to get the scent out. That kind of attention to detail is rare—they handle a 'gazillion' items, yet she made me feel like a priority. Excellent, thoughtful service!
Ms. Kim is the best and sweetest! She also never lets me leave a tip no matter how hard I try, too kind.

I can count with one hand how many good cleaners are left in Los Angeles. Ms Kim has been a staple to the Koreatown area. It has been a privilege getting the opportunity take my clothes to for cleaning at Kim’s.
She is such a sweet lady and always makes me feel welcome when I ever I come in. Don’t let me get started about her alterations, she definitely has the touch of gold. She is hands down the best in the business.
