Incredible studio. I was never a big yoga person but this studio was like finding a home with amazing instructors and deep care for their community. Love going here as much as possible
I've been coming here for years. Parking is plentiful, front desk staff are welcoming & helpful, the studio vibes are serene. My favorite instructors are leticia (for sculpt) and Constance (for pregnancy yoga) as I embark on this new chapter in my life. 10/10 recommend!
Red Diamond is the best. great teachers and front desk people! the community is amazing and it's not just yoga but also hikes, acupuncture, sound baths, Breathwork, vegan potlucks, and truly the most lovely vibes you can find in LA. it's not one of those intimidating LA workout type vibes.
