They are a disaster! I have tried them several times as they are very nice but things have been ruined, lost and are never ready on time although all work is presumably done on the premises. Most recently was there to pick up a set of sheets and pillow cases that they had had for a week and they weren't ready. I said I just wanted them back and took them a very long time to find all of the pieces which she said were CLEAN just not pressed. Then they proceeded to put all of my sheets on the DOG bed while they searched for the pillow cases! So for me, they fall into the life's to short category as I stood there for about 30 minutes while all of this went on. Go else where!!! And had the sheets actually have been done properly it would have been $90. I usually have them done for 1/2 that. Really, no upside to them.

I have been using this cleaning service for two years. I returned a comforter that they had supposedly cleaned because when I opened it it smelled exactly like it did when I brought it in. I brought it back with the bag it was in. They grumbled a bit but said they would RE clean it. I had not used it since I had it cleaned. I showed up today to pick up my other dry cleaning and the comforter and they had charged me again to clean it. If I wanted my dry cleaning I had to pay the bill. No discussion. Terrible customer service. Especially since I have been consistently going to them for two years. Didn't manage my expectations and added the amount to the bill and said I needed to pay. I will never go back there. Service quality is very important to me.
