Bruce Seid who works for Keller Williams is basically a Slumlord. The only reason I am writing a review is because Bruce decided it was easier not to return emails and refuses to speak on the phone. He is the property manager, and I use that term very loose, of the building I am in. There have been major roof leaks which he refuses to fix, so there is water running down the walls when it rains. I brought to his attention that there is a MOLD ISSUE and since then he refuses to communicate with me. Air filters NEVER get changed, lights are burnt out. do not trust. seller's agent purposefully withheld critical details during sale. deceived current tenant about disclosures. worked with seller to mislead buyers and tenant. i'm hoping that legal action will bear fruit.

Any real estate office is only as good as its agent. Bryan Miyamoto is one of the very best agents we have ever encountered. He listed my daughter's condo in Burbank, knowing exactly what he was doing, to the extent that it sold in a matter of weeks, for more than the asking price. He anticipated any issues and handled them professionally. We couldn't recommend him more highly! All I can tell you is that Bryan really knows his business! Thank you, Bryan!
