Came here due to a Groupon advertisement for one of the more affordable single coloring. Was told on the phone to just come and they'll honor the Groupon price. Good customer service and overall I can't complain much about the coloring process. It is very straightforward since I'm not doing anything fancy. By the end they try to blow dry my hair but it was pretty much wet and still dripping when she told me she is done. I walked up to the cashier and was shown a price a few dollars more than expected. Am a regular here for past many years. This is hands down the best place for eyebrows, hair cut, highlights and keratin. Professional, clean and affordable and Kausar is very friendly.

Threading is cheap but really hit or miss. I've been here off and on but think it's time to find another place. The owner has usually been good but the other lady has not done a good job the 2 or 3 times over the years I've used her. She does it uneven and too round, not like the original shape. I asked her to fix it but it only made it worse. They seemed really annoyed with me for not liking it rather than understanding the mistakes and wanting to make it right.
