I like it! I would totally come back. Everyone talks about bed bugs but I didn't see any. Showers were nice too and the hot tub was so relaxing. Didn't get to try their food but I would have loved to. I think Karina's Skin Care & Body Spa do that next time. They also had nice wine.

i had such a great experience here!!! my bf treated me to a spa day for my birthday in october, which included not only the most amazing massage, but also a wonderful facial. all the staff there and the owner are so kind and were wonderful to work with! i definitely recommend this place!!! :).

Disclaimer: I did not receive any services by the salon (see review below). I hate to write a bad review of any business, but their lack of responsiveness is just insulting. I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions. I called and left a message at the number listed on the Groupon, and nobody called back. I had to repeatedly call to get someone to talk to. They told me that the eyelash person was only available Tuesdays and Thursdays, despite what their website says, so I made an appointment for the following Tuesday, and when I went there, nobody was there, and when someone showed up (the cleaning person), she told me that she knew the eyelash person wasn't coming in that day. Naturally I was upset and I called and left two messages and never got a call back. This place is clearly not interested in customer service, and I would have been placated if they had at least called me back and tried to work with me, but I've gotten nothing from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I had a facial done by Angie, which I highly recommend. The place is very cozy and I received one on one attention. She took her time to examine my skin type and needs and made her recommendation. It was a great experience. Very relaxing. My face looked amazing.

Angie does amazing eyelashes! She takes her time and makes sure everything is exactly what you want and she's great to talk to! I am a repeat client would highly recommend Angie for eyelash extensions!

Eyelash extensions--would not recommend. First, the young lady who did the lashes was very nice, but clearly a novice. I made certain they understood before I bought the Groupon that I wanted individual lashes, not the clumps like the cheap places do, and that I wanted thin and thick mixed so I look natural and not like a stripper, and they agreed and did that. However, the glue was really clumpy (hint: the place should always go through the newly applied lashes with a little brush, then give you the brush, so you can see the lashes are not clumped with glue--this place did not do that). The lashes started to fall off right away and within a week most were off. Within two weeks, all were off. They were falling off so fast that they kept getting in my eyes--painful. That is cheap glue or poor technique. I have been getting lashes for a long time, so I know. Issue #2: good luck getting a call for scheduling returned. I called many times to schedule fill I had prepaid and never got an answer or a call back. I got my money back from Groupon and am going somewhere else to start over.

So let me start off by saying I'm really skeptical to using products on my face but I am to the point where I am just really insecure about my eye lashes and I decided to give this spa a try. I AM SOOO happy I came here- wasn't as bad as I thought to try something new and Tina (the lady who helped me) was very sweet and comforting through the whole process. She walked me through step by step to make sure my nerves stayed calm so it was a very nice experience for me. will definitely be coming back :)
