Based on the reviews, Kaiser Permanente Internal Medicine has a mix of positive and negative feedback. The lobby check-in crew, including Nazaret, Vanessa, and Peter, are always cheerful, kind, and positive. Lab tech Tess Oliva is a very pleasant employee who provides excellent customer service and is gentle drawing blood. Dr. Flores is very kind and knowledgeable, and Dr. Ajamian provides a good experience. The nurse Esther Joy P. was excellent, professional, thoughtful, and reassuring. The staff is very important to the tasks they perform. However, there are complaints about charging for parking when patients already pay high premiums. Parking is hard to find with no validation. Appointments often run two hours late, and patients feel they should not pay for that waiting time. Despite these issues, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the quality and ease of service are impressive.
Great experience with doctors and overall with stuff, but what’s the deal with charging for parking? We already pay the high rates of premiums which should at least include 2 hrs free parking. There wasn’t a time I was able to see dr at my scheduled time, somehow still ends up 2 hours every time I go for a check up, shouldn’t be on me to pay for that time of waiting.

Pretty impressed! I had heard mixed reviews about Kaiser, but I was impressed by the quality and ease of service. I was able to get everything I needed done here; it felt like Costco for health matters! Dr. Flores was very kind and knowledgeable. The only con is that parking was quite hard to find and there is no validation. Otherwise, a slay!
