The office reviews are accurate. The office staff seem extremely disorganized. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and none of my concerns were ever properly addressed. At this point, replacing them with AI might provide better customer service.
The one positive experience was the technician. He came back, took care of the issue, and made sure everything was handled correctly. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to make things right. Not like the girls in the office.

One thing is certain. the plumber was beyond incompetent. The worst part, however, was the office staff. Rosa and Diana had no idea what they were doing. They lied, gave incorrect information, and you could hear them laughing and giggling in the background while handling my concerns. They were so lost they had to call someone else for help. I’m surprised they managed to get hired there.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the CSLB. I will not be taken advantage of by these girls and their incompetent young plumber. Do not hire them.
