I honestly don't think too many people can say this about their contractor, but Janik is someone whom I consider as talented (has an eye for great design), honest, calm even under pressure, and extremely hard working. This is why I recently contracted with him again to remodel my and my fiancé's two-story, fixer upper home - and this is 3.5 years later, after he worked on my previous property which was completely renovated by JR Builders because it was flooded. True gem! I hired Janik Roskovani to remodel my entire 3000 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Sherman Oaks 2 years ago. The JR Builders crew were all very skilled workers. There where many instances where I didn’t know what to do or which direction to go, due to the home being so dated. Janik managed to resolve all of my issues in a timely manner and came up with some very good ideas both in design and construction innovations. A perfectionist by nature, a skeptic from previous remodeling experiences, I cast a wide net for a contractor to install solid wood floors in my home. Having received conflicting "expert" information from several flooring companies, I had the good fortune to come across JR Builders - licensed, bonded, workman's comp. Janik, the owner, came over, spotted issues that other installers had missed. A good contractor is a good problem solver. A great contractor goes a step further - taking pride in his work and his word.
