I called John's Plumbing because I needed a leak inspection to resolve a concern of over billing or over use of water with DWP. John came out two hours earlier than our original appointment and on the same day. He inspected and found no leaks. So now I can try to resolve the issue with DWP. Thanks, John, for your quick response and for spending the time to take me through any possible problems in the future.
We’ve had a great experience working with John and his team so far. From the beginning, he has been very responsive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we could make informed decisions.
We are currently in the middle of a larger project that includes gas leak repairs, a new tankless water heater installation, and a full copper repipe. Even though the work is still ongoing, everything has been handled professionally and the process has felt organized and well managed.
