I recently hired Ian to do some construction, painting and repairs in our commercial kitchen. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and easy to communicate. The quality of his work was good, pricing was fair, no surprises and he finished the job on schedule as promised. I would recommend Ian and will be using his services again in the future.
We had Jewison Company manage the turnover of two apartment units for us which included new vinyl plank flooring, painting of the entire units including kitchen cabinets, installation of two bathroom vanities in each apartment and other little as needed. Ian took notes during the initial meeting, asked all the right questions, and gave us a very comprehensive estimate for the work. He was easy to work with, communicated well, did a very professional job and cared about how the job turned out. The work was done on budget, and on schedule. I spent forever finding the right contractor for my company's business building as it is an old office space that is also half warehouse. Ian was so nice the whole time, I had multiple inquiries at different times and he was always willing to drop to walk the job and give multiple options for the estimates that could fit right with our budget. Now the beginning of many projects have started and they have been very timely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend as I have worked with many vendors/contractors in the past and they have competitive pricing, great customer service, very reliable and diligent.
