The El Segundo & Avalon location has never failed me! Randomly, I pick up balloons for my mom, granny & whoever has a birthday, etc. Dora is always polite, patient, and transparent. Recently, I needed a balloon arch and a few balloon bouquets for an event. I was able to select the colors and see them blown up at the time I placed my order. I took a picture to keep with my invoice. The company arrived when we agreed, and I even got my full deposit back after returning the arch frame. Repeat customer, for sure!
