UPDATE: This is how you have excellent customer service. Sharon reached out to me and was very sincere about the issue and my concerns. She made arrangements for me to come back and make it right. And that she did. I love love LOVE when management not only listens to concerns but finds a solution that doesn’t tarnish the customer experience and the brands reputation. Sharon and the employees of Jade Bar have earned a lifelong customer. I’m overly satisfied with the service.

I booked a same day appointment for the afternoon of July 4th. It was my first time there and Sharon did my nails. Even with the holiday she opened up the shop just for me! She was so kind and attentive, and very easy to talk to! I enjoyed her presence and she did such a wonderful job on my nails. (I got gel x in the color butterfly galaxy 💋) You can tell she is a hard worker and cares about the business. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for unleashing my inner baddie!!!
I had such a wonderful experience! Sharon did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and paid so much attention to every little detail. Not only are my nails beautiful, but she was also kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
