Steve fixed replaced my cracked, dead-pixelled screen in about five minutes. Fast, friendly service at a great price point and a flawless result. He even applied a screen protector, free of charge. I will definitely be coming back!
best service. Apple said they had to replace the whole phone and i would lose all my data. He fixed in 15 minutes and only charged me 90$.
He saved my phone!! I would highly highly recommend coming here. Other places quoted nearly 50% more but he was cheaper and better.
Make sure you come here instead of going to Apple!! You can park in the 15 minute loading spot cause it literally only takes that long ?
I've been at this plaza for over 10 years with my store, and whenever I have any issue with my phone, Steve is the one I go to. Every single time he fixes it within 10-15 minutes and the results are always perfect.
There was even a time I replaced my screen, but it broke again a few days later, and he took care of it with no charge. That level of service is rare.
