Two technicians showed up exactly on time. Got to work right away. Gave excellent descriptions of how they would go about the process and which furniture pieces might require extra care or attention. They vacuumed the furniture and carpet very well before starting the cleaning process. When they were done, they again went through what they had done and whether to call if anything did not turn out perfectly. How to allow the furniture and carpet to dry, etc. Very happy. I also liked that I corresponded with the company to set everything up.

The owner and his team did such an outstanding job at our office's carpets. We had years worth of stains we thought would never come out, but they were able to make our carpets look brand new. They were also so personal and responsive with everything. Could not recommend them enough.
