Alfie took great care of my family's 45-year-old Eames chair when it broke! The Hume folks were able to replace the shock mounts (the parts that hold the back onto the cushion, very important), restore and repair the cushion, and give the whole thing a nice conditioning treatment. I opted to leave the wood as-is, in its current faded color, but they can work on that too if you want. Communication was quick and clear, and the job was done faster than expected. Really a nice experience, top notch work, and now the work is warrantied for 5 years so hopefully we will be good to go!
