Much delayed review. Over many years, like 12 plus for context, have had many good experiences. My regular stylist changed of course ~ so for the pandemic and afterwards, have visited other places that were just more convenient and got into the habit of just going where it was most convenient. Had a recent trip back to Hills and got lucky to just walk in without much of a wait. Same ish experience that I remember, so thought I'd take a moment to write a review.

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff at Hills beauty club.
The Korean receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not listen to what I was saying, kept interrupting me, and seemed unwilling to help with scheduling an appointment. It felt like she was not interested in assisting customers at all.
Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially in the beauty industry. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training, because this kind of attitude can easily drive clients away.
I would not recommend this place based on my experience with their front desk.

Clean, well organized salon with a professional atmosphere. Tony took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the process clearly before starting. The cut and styling were precise and well executed, with strong attention to detail. Service was efficient without feeling rushed. Consistent, high quality work. I would return and recommend Tony without hesitation.

All my hair needed was GOEUN! She is brilliant. My hair just came back to life! She literally knows exactly what she was doing. She will suggest and tell you what is good and what is not for your hair. Will definitely come back!

I went to get a haircut from Go-Eun, and she did not listen to any of my requests. I wanted her to lightly trim the rear and tidy up the front, but she brushed away my comments rudely, although I brought it up two times in a row. She had a bad attitude towards me. She ended up shaving half my rear hair and halved the length of the front, which is not what I specifically requested.
