Don't come here the ultrasound techs don't know what they are doing ! Had an abortion with the pills and came back for my follow up to make sure the abortion was complete (they told me it was) 2 months later I was still bleeding and ended up in the ER with low blood pressure due to retained products of conception that they missed on the ultrasound! The er did an ultrasound and saw I still had pieces of the pregnancy and later passed a whole piece of tissue and had to get meds to get the bleeding to stop. I contacted this place to see if they could help and they were basically trying to wash their hands and didn't seem to care of these complications telling me to go see my general doctor. No professionalism at all. Better of going to planned Parenthood!

I absolutely loved this place and although I did telehealth the doctor was amazing!!! He was so easy and comfortable to talk to and made me feel so much better about a hard decision I had to make. Idk his name dr. Vkrim something but he's amazing! 5 stars . I had my appointment and Sunday and mess are already set to be at my house today. This place is the best. Way better than planned parenthood. Would reccomed this place to anyone searching for these types of services.

I took my friend to get an abortion shot 3 days ago, and she has been severely sick since that evening. We went here because she doesn’t have insurance, but she hasn’t been able to keep food or water down for the last two days. Now it’s Sunday and she can’t be seen because the clinics are closed. I called the call center and they told me that she was supposed to be provided with a prescription for the expected side effects. Not only was she not given a prescription, they didn’t talk to her about any of the side effects, or what she should expect following the shot. We were left with the financial dilemma of getting her help without insurance, as she’s severely dehydrated and fatigued, and we have to wait another 24 hours before she can even be written a prescription. She’s currently in the hospital.

They never answer the phone. Had a scheduled telehealth appointment and they never called me. Definitely choose planned parenthood over this establishment.

Hey, so sad… check day before time if opening, arrive and check online that is open. So was waiting for 25 minutes outside call to the operator/administrator they stop to pick up phone. Last words been wait outside somebody gonna come and pick you up.
Been there 2 times on ultrasound was good service, that’s why for me double sad how not respectful to my time you are, not honest with online clients also.

I came here for the first time and both Maria and Celeste were great and went above and beyond helping me out. They were really professional, friendly and super knowledgeable on what they were doing. I just landed into a period where I lost health insurance that I used to receive through my job and I am so glad I found this place because they helped me from the moment I walked in to when I left. Highly recommend this place.
