Came in today and noticed all new employees. The lady noticed my confusion and said sadly Heidi sold the Salon because her husband died of a heart attack. Her husband Kevin was an awesome man with great customer service. She also stated prices went up due to the rent hikes on there new lease. She did a nice job but the young man which is her boyfriend seemed very inexperienced as he was working on a customer. They didn't automatically turn in the message chairs on as well. Nonetheless they brought water and sodas to me and my friend. I have been coming to Heidi's nail salon for a few years now and I was so happy when I discovered them one day while driving down Figueroa. I had been looking for a new nail salon since my previous girl went on maternity leave and never came back! I was so relieved to find Heidi, Lily and Nina. They are all so sweet and always do a great job on your hands and feet. They always remember me when I come in and since my daughters have come in with me before to get their nails done too, they will always ask me where they are when they're not with me! I love Nina!
