l own a property in Echo Park that needs an upgrade in heating and air conditioning. The house is high on a hill with 50 steps to reach the home. l called Echo Park Air Conditioning and received an appointment very quickly. The staff was excellent: polite, professional and friendly. l received excellent service from Sam, the Technician. He is knowledgeabl, explained everything to myself and the tenant. He offered three options with estimates, gave specifics on amount of time to repair or replace and checked that existing equipment was safe. Would highly recommend this company.
