The earliest I could schedule an appt was 4 months in the future. I had to pay $100+ to secure said appt. I come to my appt 4 months later and right as I walk in the door they tell me Dr. Roberts isn't even at the office. They do not know when she is coming in either. They said they could try to fit me in around 1pm with the other doctor when my appt was at 10:45. It's pouring rain outside and I had to park blocks away since they do not validate parking in their garage. After paying for parking, arriving soaking wet through the rain, they almost told me I couldn't wait for the Dr. in the waiting room. Dr. Roberts is awesome! I went to her through a referral. She really takes the time to make sure you get the right treatment for you and explains everything in detail which puts you at ease. The office staff is on top of everything including calling in prescriptions immediately and making sure they send you reminder texts. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient of Dr Roberts since 2003. I completely trust her with all of my skin care needs. She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a perfectionist when it comes to all things skin. She is a lovely person and makes every visit feel enjoyable. The office staff is also wonderful!
