We lost our precious 13-year-old girl, Sheena Marie, two weeks ago. Our amazing vet handled her final moments with us, and Hearts & Halos took care of her individual aquamation and ashes from there. We got her back this week and I am completely blown away by the care that went into everything. I cannot recommend Hearts and Halos enough. Each person that I interacted with through this incredibly difficult process was so kind a patient. You can tell they have real compassion and care for the animals as much as the owners do. The vet guided us through the whole process and made sure we were ready for each step and gave us ways that we could make it easier for our dog and us. The aftercare they provide is also so compassionate and detailed. They definitely will be my first choice should we ever need to go through this again.

After losing our beloved dog, we entrusted everything to Hearts and Halos, and I truly can’t express how grateful we are.
They treated our sweet dog with the utmost dignity, compassion, and respect during such a heartbreaking time. Knowing our baby was cared for so gently meant more to us than words can say.
When we brought our dog’s remains back home, we felt a deep sense of peace because we knew they had been handled with love and honor.
