I had my first experience of the yoga session by Instructor Ms. Swati Joshi and I really appreciate her way of teaching and preparedness she brings to the class. It makes me feel very thoughtful and I love the way that she weave yoga philosophy into her session. Highly recommend her classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every week!

Love this local non-profit yoga space. It feels super welcoming and even though I haven't done yoga in a while I always feel like I can pop in for a good class. It is a donation studio. There are mats for use, as well as blocks and straps. I've enjoyed Chauncee's Tuesday all levels class. It's challenging but inspiring. This yoga studio is serving a great purpose in this neighborhood. I recommend that you drop in if you have the chance.
