The treatments are the best! The facilities are not as posh as other spas but the treatments are so much better, it's my favorite. Read a review that claims the owners are racist and I can assure you they are not, everybody goes there and we all get along. Except for the screaming obnoxious sort that don't know how to act. I'm very grateful that they make an effort to maintain a peaceful tranquil environment. Grand Spa is not a circus, the focus is on excellent customer service and it shows
I don't understand all the people who give Grand Spa a bad review. It's affordable, clean and employees go above and beyond for me. Ok it's not a spa at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills but it sure is GRAND!
My friend and I decided to come here to have a nice spa day on a beautiful Monday. First and foremost, I love how they have their own free parking lot. That let alone is a gold mine in Los Angeles. I've only been to two other Korean spas before this which are: Wi Spa and Hugh Spa. Wi Spa is a bit bigger with more rooms and co-ed areas, whereas Hugh and Grand are separated. Grand Spa is a perfect spot to have a solo spa day or a girl's spa day. Unfortunately, there's only one esthetician at this time. So if you're trying to have a girl's day at the same appointment time, you would have to book two separate types of treatment like a facial and a massage. My friend and I...read full review
