Grand Heating & Air Conditioning

Came out to quote a Zehnder ERV install. We ended up talking more about Mitsubishi mini splits. He was a bit all over the place on his ideas, but I still said I'm interested in his proposal for both zehnder and Mitsubishi. It's a few weeks later now, and I haven't heard back. Another guy is halfway done installing everything, just the way I requested. So no need for the quote anymore.

Jesse and his guys are wonderful! Very fair prices, communicative, capable, quality.

I have used them to install new AC in 2 different homes.

I had a pump go out (part issue) a few months later with the most recent install and I reached out. They had someone there with a new part within 90 min.

So delighted and impressed.

Only caveat is that if it’s a new AC install in an old building know where you want them to run the cables, they tended to just run them on the wall with a cover and I needed to come up with a cleaner solution, they weee happy to oblige though.

The owner of this business is really a wonderful man. We had issues with another HVAC company, and he stepped in fixed a situation created by that other company. The office staff and installers working for Grand were all wonderful as well, every step of the way. If we had a question, it was always answered promptly. When it was time for install, Grand's team was professional and got hard jobs done efficiently - and without any damage to or mess in our home. Prices were always fair. After meeting some HORRIBLE companies, who tried to take advantage of our situation, to find in Jessy and Grand Heating and Air a business that cares - it made all the difference for us.... read full review
