Deena Goodman changed my life! I had lifelong, chronic, painful GI issues that hadn't been eased through medication alone. I saw Deena for physical therapy as a last resort and within a few sessions, I was feeling better than I had in years! Her integrative approach was very different from what I'd gotten from doctors. She taught me how to listen to and support my body with different tools (breathing techniques, PT exercises, a special nutrition plan than allowed me to enjoy food again!) and I use her approach to manage flare-ups. I am eternally grateful for what she's given me.

I had a pelvic issue that all of my research said required the attention of two people: a urogynecologist and a pelvic floor physical therapist (PFPT). Since it was going to take months to see the specialist, I knew to find a therapist quickly. Deena was recommended to me, and she did not disappoint. She was very comprehensive, assessing my lifestyle and habits as she worked to come up with a strengthening program for me. She gave me exercises to work on to strengthen my pelvic floor, exercises which I still do even though I no longer see Deena. I finally had the appointment with the urogynecologist today. Deena is an amazing therapist. I was diagnosed with IC and I was very frightened because my body behaved like it had a mind of its own. She started by curing my mind and body step by step. She wanted to know my diet, bathroom habit, sleeping pattern, and gave advice wherever she could. After seeing her, my life came back to normal. Anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction, IBS, overactive bladder, etc, I would recommend deena in a heartbeat!!! A very compassionate therapist in the top of this field!!!
