Toilet and shower would not drain AND it's Sunday. Called Gold Medal Plumbing and was able to get same day help. Steven called to notify us he's was on his way. Very conscientious and considerate person, Steven snaked the drain and tested- it needed a bit more snaking- tested again- clear. Cleaned up the mess. Great experience with Steven and good value for a Sunday. Highly recommended- if you're lucky, you'll get Steven.

First time using Gold Medal Plumbing and I am inspired to write this positive, excellent review. From the appointment making with Michelle, to the actual technicians, Steven and Daniel, my experience was superb. They were reliable, honest, had integrity, and even ran after my dog when she got out of the gate. Their work ethic was strong and didn't leave until my matter was resolved and the entire situation improved. I will never use any other plumbing company. Gold Medal -Steven & Daniel- is the best

Gold Medal Plumbing helped us 5 years ago, and they have continued to provide exceptional service in a timely manner ever since. Michelle is so kind, easy to talk to, and so accommodating to our ever changing schedules. Steven is great! Kelly was our technician 5 years ago, but he moved. Steven has done several jobs for our house. He explains problems clearly, what needs to be done, options, pricing, then is ready to fix the problem. Simple. They promised to send someone in a couple of days in a three hour window. Receptionist Michelle called later and said Steve would be very late and if estimate was agreed to, he could start wotk immediately. Steve gave the highest estimagte of anyone but said he could sart work next morning.No one showed all day. Steve said if there was a problem he would definitely start Monday. He called the office to verify all of this. On Friday, later Michelle called to say the soonest would be 10 days from now. She claimed she did not know I had signed the work order.A lot of plumbers in my neighborhood are real good at estimating, but not so good at doing the actual work, if they can put it off in favor of a higher paying customer, and these guys' word on scheduling means nothing.

Kudos to Steven! He figured out how to fix something another plumber didn't/couldn't/wouldn't! Michelle in the office was super nice & helpful on the phone! I highly recommend Gold Medal Plumbing!

A live professional person answers the phone. The actual owner oversees the business. Treated me with respect and did not try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. Honest, no service fee just to come out. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I plan to use them as part of my home maintenence team of go to people. What a relief to find them!

Awful customer service. Wasted my time over a period of several days. And that was just trying to reschedule an appointment when they cancelled on me first time - after I waited the 4 hour window. I was promised a follow up call that never came, and then I reluctantly tried them again only to get complete run around. Avoid them.
