Uhhh why didn't anyone tell me about FTPLA??!?!?!?! I got my taxes done here so quickly and accurately that I made my whole family get it done here as well. I didn't even know that this was run by both staff AND volunteers; everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what our situations were and they really looked out for my well-being in terms of making sure we didn't get cheated out from other for-profit tax services. They had such a clean set-up that once I made my appointment, there was no wait and I was in and out with a completed tax return! I don't know if this has anything to do with their services but I even received my returns super quickly...read full review

I have been coming here for many years. They were open during the pandemic. This year, taxes are in-person. The preparers are very knowledgeable and they review everything. One staff looked up my old taxes to make sure I would get the most in refunds. Thank you!
