    I had an appointment scheduled with Frank’s chop shop. Arrived on time to the lights turned off, doors locked, and no one inside. Called the number listed and no one answered, not even a voicemail set up. They even had the nerve to charge my card and add a tip 30 minutes before I had arrived. Will obviously never come here again!

    I honestly love my new hair cut today. Thanks to this tremendous Barbershop staff for providing me genuine assistance throughout the day. I would definitely recommend and refer your services to everyone without any hesitation. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. Job well done!

    Kevin was incredible! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a good cut in a clean environment by a barber who knows what they're doing. Kevin was courteous, efficient, and gave me a fantastic trim, fade, and taper. The place is clean, well lit, good ambiance, and not too expensive. All the other barbers are welcoming as well. I would come here again for my next cut!

    Very chill and friendly vibes! I will definitely be coming here again. I got my favorite hairstyle now! I am 100% satisfied and contented customer with this barbershop's services. I finally found a new place to have my hairstyle when I need it. I am deeply impressed by how they handled their customers correctly with no hassles at all.

    ??I was on vacation in LA at the end of September, and decided to get a haircut. It was really great! JASON cut my hair, I've been really satisfied. I ran because I didn't want to be late. So they gave me a cold bottle of water ??. Jason even gave me good addresses where I could eat in Silverlake. The twins are really kind too ?

    ??Excellent barbershop. Quality cut, performed by JASON, massage at the end, and excellent welcome! Especially the twin sisters at reception, very nice! A bottle of water that cools you down if you're a little hot. I loved! I'll go back when I'm in LA??‍♂️

    I'm done with FCS. I used to come here for years and then one of their best barbers went out on their own and I went with them. Whenever my barber isn't available I come to FCS cause they truly do have some of the best talent around. However, let me tell you about my last 2 experience. I am also going to leave names cause I'm not trying to ruin anyone's personal business. I called to make an appointment with a barber there a week in advance. I was also quoted what I used to pay. A week later, 30 minutes before my appointment I get a text that that barber can't see me. I call up, the girl working says "he no longer sees people off his client roster." I was told for sure he would see me as he has before and he knew me. Then 2 minutes later I'm told "oh that's not it, he double booked you, but this barber is avail." So as pissed as I was I took the appointment. The barber I met did ab A+ job but charged me $50. This is more than what I was told I would be charged. Plus I left a $20 tip. I wasn't pleased about the price. Not saying $50 is crazy but it's more than I was told. I can't stress enough this review isn't a slam against the talent of the barbers. 2nd and last time. I called up cause my guy isn't available. I just need a line up. I call up, "how much will that be?" I'm told $20-$25 at most. I sit down, I tell him I just want it cleaned up, a line up, nothing on the sides or top." I'm told a fade on the bottom of the back will look good. Ok, whatever fine. I'm charged $40. $10 less than the full 1 hour cut from before? And certainly the $20-$25 i was told on the phone. I don't like how they do business. This has nothing to do with their talent. However, I'm not coming back. Final and last time - this is nothing against the barbers, they charge what they charge. This is about continuous miscommunication, d*** management and not honoring what's said on the phone.
