HUGE THANK YOU to Ford's Plumbing, and in particular, the technician who helped us out, Luis!!! I called Ford's in the evening because the pilot light went out in my mom's house after the earthquake gas valve tripped and we couldn't relight it ourselves. To complicate matters, I'm stuck quarantining with a Covid infection, and Luis was kind enough to call my bf who was on site to help try to verbally walk him through a self-fix as an alternative to charging us for a visit. This is true customer service and hands down, Ford's Plumbing will be our go-to for any future needs. Thank you, Luis. You are much appreciated!
Fords Plumbing came out to help with a clogged toilet. They are reliable as they showed up same day within a few hours. They are affordable and their staff is wonderful and professional. Thank you Marly for sending your technician Luis within a reasonable time.
