I’ve tried several fitness studios over the years, including OrangeTheory, Fit Body Boot Camp, and multiple F45 locations, and nothing compares to F45 DTLA.
From day one, Oscar was incredibly communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. He took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and made me feel supported throughout my fitness journey.
The entire staff is motivating, encouraging, and creates an environment that makes you want to keep showing up. The atmosphere is positive and energetic, the music is always great, and the workouts are challenging, effective, and never boring.

I had a phenomenal experience at F45 Training Downtown. The instructors were amazing and motivating. When I was struggling, they corrected my form in the most positive way while helping me endure. 100% coming back. Great place to get a great workout in.
I love this studio and the owner Oscar is so accommodating and has made me feel like family since day 1!! Thank you for making me feel at home. This gym is clean and very well ran. I love working out here, I feel so much better after going to a class!! Thank you to the whole team!
