Absolutely loved my service! Sabrina has a very welcoming and inviting energy to her, she is very quick and efficient with the waxing service. Sabrina was also hygienic at all times, nothing was used more than once and her station was exceptionally clean. 5 star service and 5 start service provider.

I been a customer for many years and never experienced what I did today. First the front desk lady calls me 5 min before my appointment asking was I coming strange as normally they call after you are late but no problem told her I was parking. Came in to be told well I hope you are not in a rush because my person was running behind. Again understand it happens but I told her she should have asked me that vs confirming an appointment she knew was behind 5 min before. I go to the bathroom as she was figuring out if I could see someone else and I come back and she is not attentive because she was on her phone so I ask, so what’s can I see someone else and she honestly could care less and said she’s with a customer. No sorry, let me see what I can do. I guess customer service is not too priority. When I say I will never come back!!

Actual waxing (10/10): Jena was amazing at her job—great vibes and so much fun!
Receptionist (1/10): The receptionist (a man) working on 11/26 1pmkept loudly repeating the services I received while another man was waiting in the lobby for his girlfriend, and I think someone else was there too. He repeated it five times. It was extremely embarrassing, especially since I live in the area, most people are local. People’s services don’t need to be announced out loud—you can show me a screen, lower your voice so others can’t hear, or just say it once and then reference “the waxing services today.”
I honestly have never felt more embarrassed. I felt such a lack of privacy and, overall, really violated.

This was my first time coming to european wax center and dalilah was amazing very kind and made the process so much better. She made sure i was comfortable and let me talk to distract myself from the actual reason i was there. thanks dalilah your the best!
