I’ve been going to this location for years , it continues to be a very caring environment from everyone, my wax specialist Nataly is super friendly and has great tips about waxing. I highly recommend her. I love coming here because the staff are all very friendly and welcoming to all the guests. The waxing is always done with little to no pain at all.. highly recommend.

I have a mobility issue and was apprehensive about getting waxed but Bemnia was great‼️She was patient, showed empathy & compassion as we put our heads together a found a plan for me to get that Brazilian I have been missing out on for years. Thanks Bemnia at European Wax Center DTLA.

The specialist I had was Jazmine and she was really nice, fast and knows how to hold a good conversation. It did not feel award or anything I appreciate that especially for making me feel comfortable
