This is my favorite Westside location. It is clean and well maintained. Special shout out to membership advisor Lina! In a company such as Equinox when many of the membership advisors lack hospitality and just push sales she comes from a friendly and solution oriented place. I was going to sign up initially at a different location but wasn’t a fan of how the Membership advisor came across. I instead reached out to Westwood and luckily Lina was the one to help me.

Dear Management/Club Manager,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident that took place at Equinox Westwood and to request that it be properly addressed.

On Saturday, I called the gym to inquire about a personal item (a cream) I had misplaced on Wednesday. The staff member I spoke with told me that nothing had been found. I specifically asked if the lost and found area behind the office could be checked, and after placing me on hold, the staff member returned and confirmed that nothing was there. However, when I visited the same location later that day, the cream was returned to me—meaning it had in fact been located.
