They have such great classes. Especially Yoga with Scott Nelson.

I have been a member over 30 years at this facility and as a Physiatrist it has helped me stay focused with the latest exercise experiences and trends for my clients and myself!

Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and organization among the management. They don't listen to guests and they are often times chatting among one another about off topic matters. They laugh off patron concerns. The parking is a joke.

I found staff to be quite rude.

I've been a member at Equinox before. I was hoping to restart my membership and join this location, and I came in for a tour. I asked not to give them my phone number because I have privacy concerns. They refused to even give me a tour without giving my phone number. I can see now why this place has such poor reviews. Their front desk manager Mod didn't even let me do a tour without giving my phone number, even though in the past, when I've given my phone number, Equinox
will call me incessantly. If this is how difficult they are just to get a tour, I would never join this location, because I can't even imagine how difficult they will be if any issues arise with my membership.

The worst experience I've ever had at a gym. They are basically modern thieves. I texted the manager 20 days before canceling, and then they emailed me saying they never received my text. I sent them a screenshot, and then they announced this line no longer belongs to them. I hadn't been there for over two
months, and they still charged me for nothing. They're really stealing money, and their equipment isn't worth what you paid. You even have to pay for parking. It’s insane. Please don't go there. We’re the ones creating unreliable people to get rich.

Would give zero stars if I could. Other reviews echo my experience with their front desk staff’s demeanor / (lack of) professionalism and facility cleanliness.

In case they needed one more one star review . AVOID at any cost . Terrible customer service for 410$/ month membership.

Do you like people pointing phones at you while you are nude? Me neither! And yet, this club frequently allowed it today. Within less than just 30 minutes of being in the locker room, I counted seven people bringing in cell phones into either the steam room, the sauna, the tub, or all three. I repeatedly contacted managers, and they did not respond promptly. At one point, I waited over ten minutes; I was informed that they were in a meeting and nobody could be bothered to enforce privacy rules. As a repeated rape survivor, I shouldn’t have to tolerate a gym not enforcing its own rules. I shouldn’t have to worry that I’ll be victimized again. I shouldn’t have to hear a bunch of excuses for why they won’t do a better job.

Extremely concerning experience at Equinox Sports Club. I raised a serious complaint about a tall bald man with a beard who appeared to be using his phone in the men’s locker room in a way that suggested possible photography while members were undressed. This was a major privacy concern. Even more troubling, management failed to take the complaint seriously and did not appear to take meaningful action or properly investigate. For a club that promotes premium service and member safety, the lack of response to such a serious issue was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
