Over the years I've attended Guy's Soundbath and Breathwork sessions at various LA locations. He had to stop due to the pandemic. My daughter and I miss in-person sessions. For Breathwork Guy brought a second person to carefully monitor attendees with him. After every session, we left refreshed mentally and physically. We're hoping Guy can return to offering in-person sessions when the pandemic is over.

I wanted to comment once again but since I wrote my initial review, I've learned much more about breathwork and practiced with multiple legitimate practitioners. Guy, in my opinion, did not professionally or responsibly run the breathwork session I experienced with him. Now that I know much more, I get compelled to add these thoughts because I take the modality of breathwork quite seriously as a way of processing ones emotional and physical struggles and traumas. Leading even one person should through a breathwork session brings with it great responsibility. I worry for some who go to Guy and are in need of a safer, more professionally trained individual.
